Lawrence Zeiben, President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Lawrence J. Zeiben has been instrumental in the development of GRIT International Inc. Lawrence is the President & CEO of GRIT International Inc. Prior to joining GRIT, Lawrence’s career spanned to over a decade in the consultation of providing financial and tax related services to the private sector. He started out in the medical profession but later turned his talents to the private business sector by venturing on to establish his first company in his early twenties. Established in his business/career in providing business planning and tax consulting services; he has been exposed to a multitude of successful business practices. Each of which have; provided valuable insight to potential successes. Focusing on this knowledge; working with company principals, he was able to analyze company weaknesses, recommend alternatives; and assist companies into reaching their full potential. By providing an advocacy service and offering financial alternatives, principals found company ownership less intimidating. Through his assistance and being instrumental in providing owners with visionary guidance and forward planning; corporate ownership, and business maximization was achieved. This lead to a niche of providing individually based part-time based controlling services; shifting his focuses to adhere to a handful of private companies.

The maximization in corporate growth strategies evolved companies such as:

·  An Oilfield Support Company the ability to venture into the overseas market; with an exposure to a number of Middle East Countries. Growth of 450%; from within an 18 month period, with a few modified changes.

·  Two (2) Housing Related Companies - Showed growths of over 250% within an 18 month period with diversified revenue venues.

·  Groves Sandblasting Ltd. - Showing a 625% growth in revenue within an 18 month period. Lawrence devised and implemented the expansion plans of Groves Sandblasting Ltd, being instrumental in the financing and negotiations of the Merger and Acquisition of competitor company McDell Sandblasting & Painting Ltd.
