GRIT International Inc will be pursuing Canadian and US based small to mid-sized INDUSTRIAL APPLICATOR'S OF COMPOSITE ABRASIVES BLASTING & PAINTING/COATINGS companies. Plans are to expand at a rapid rate to create greater shareholder value thus gaining a competitive edge. Through the development of a wholly owned Canadian /Alberta based company Grit Canada Acquisitions management will be focusing on future acquisitions. We are focused on our second acquisition now pending legal approval.

We seek out acquisitions that are of similar typed companies that fit the GRIT criteria's. Key elements of this strategy are: acquisition of revenue generating companies in our sector with significant growth potential and revenue diversities, attain growth in acquiring revenue based companies through out North America. Fundamentally GRIT International Inc, aims to create shareholder value through acquisitioned growth; consolidation; repositioning of present company operations. Externally, GRIT International will look at opportunistic acquisition opportunities to accelerate its growth and revenues.

Internally, there will be a division of labor within GRIT International, so that each of its individuals and operating divisions will best be able to focus on its strongest niche and complement each other. GRIT International Inc's Senior - Management will be responsible for mergers and acquisitions, and for arranging financing for future growth. With respect to corporate affairs, GRIT International will introduce and address issues related to board of director's compensation, corporate governances, board meetings, company branding, and on going public preparations or relations.
